What is Physiotherapy?
The British Chartered Society of Physiotherapy describes Physiotherapy as
“A healthcare profession with a science foundation that aims to help restore movement and function to as near normal as possible when someone is affected by injury, illness or by developmental or other disability”.
Physiotherapy is the treatment, management, and prevention of a variety of conditions, which may result
from everyday activities, work-related problems, or from an injury during participation in sport.
