Ayurvedic Treatment Procedures:
Abhyanga Or Oil Massage
Anointing the whole body or a specific part with oil, followed by a gentle massage along the circulatory channels for 45 to 60 minutes, is called Abhyanga. It is effective in relieving fatigue, neuromuscular disorders, and sleeplessness; it also improves eyesight and skin tone, and health.
Udwarthana Or Powder Massage
Udwarthana, a traditional recommended therapy, is a massage using warm medicinal powder. This medical therapy helps people lose weight, improve their strength and stability, and get better-looking skin.
Herbal Steam Bath
The body is treated with medicated steam and placed within a wooden hut during this process. It works well to increase blood flow, remove pollutants, etc.
For 20 to 45 minutes, a special powder containing medicinal oil is applied to the vertex of the head. This therapy treats ENT issues, sleeplessness, migraines, etc.
Kizhi or Bolus Bag Massage is herbal leaves or powders that are smeared in oil and tied up in muslin. Then massage is done on the whole body or the affected part after dipping the massage bag in warm oil. Kizhi treatment is very effective for management related to osteoarthritis and arthritis with swelling, spondylosis, sport- injuries, pain, inflammation, and stiffness of joints.
Mukhalepam is a facial treatment consisting of herbal pastes. It is effective for wrinkles and blackheads removal, and this treatment rejuvenates the facial skin.

Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic nasal treatment that involves a head, neck, and shoulder massage with warmed herbal oil applied to the nasal cavity and organic aromatherapy materials. The nose is regarded as the gateway to your brain and your consciousness in Ayurvedic tradition.

Pizhichil is the treatment of the body with warm herbal oils. Warm medicated oil is poured all over the body using a cloth dipped in oil and then squeezing it. Simultaneously, gentle harmonized massage is carried out. The process lasts for 45-60 minutes. This treatment is helpful for rheumatic problems, arthritis, paraplegia, hemiplegia, paralysis, sexual weakness, and nervous disorders.
In this procedure, a medicinal oil, milk, or buttermilk is applied to the forehead for 30 to 45 minutes. This is done to relieve mental stress, headache, sleeplessness, and memory loss.
It involves applying a ring of the herbal paste to the lower back, pouring heated medicinal oil into it, and letting it sit for a predetermined amount of time at a predetermined temperature.
Kati Vasti is beneficial in reducing low back pain, sciatica pain, lumbar spondylosis discomfort, and leg numbness.
Janu Vasti is a similar procedure to Kati Vasti but used for the knee. The choice of medicinal oil differs depending on the illness's severity and duration. Osteoarthritis pain and stiffness of the knee joint can both be relieved by Janu Vasti.
Greeva Vasti is a procedure that is related to Kati and Janu Vasti. It focuses on improving the cervical vertebrae lubrication and its structures. It helps in decreasing intervertebral space and lowers cervical spondylosis-related neck discomfort, stiffness, and pain.
Shiro Vasti is the name of the method in which a cap contains a medicinal liquid combination that is placed over the head. It is quite helpful for conditions including facial paralysis, sleeplessness, and brain issues.
A special paste made of buttermilk, gooseberry, and other herbs is cooked to a paste texture and applied to the head. Following this, the head is covered with banana leaves. An oil massage is given to the head before and after the procedure. It is highly beneficial for insomnia, psychosomatic disorders, chronic sinusitis, for hair and scalp complaints.
Ayurvedic Foot Massage
The leg receives a relaxing massage using this procedure, the main chakras or energy points are the center of it. AYURVEDIC FOOT MASSAGE is carried out with heated medicinal oil.
